The Masai Mara National Reserve is a large game reserve in Narok County, in southwestern Kenya. It is named after the Maasai people and is a wildlife sanctuary of the highest quality. The reserve is famous for its annual wildebeest migration and the concentration of wildlife, with more animals per square kilometer than almost anywhere else in Africa. The "Big Five" are found in abundance here.
